My experience
With executive
Coaching
Was less than
Satisfactory
Three full days
My voicemail waited
Unanswered
So I called again
And then I received
An email
Addressed to Roberta
(That's not my name)
With some questions
For me to answer
I replied thoughtfully
On appointment day
It was immediately clear
My answers went unread
The woman then went
Through some rote
New questions
And then asked me
Don't you find this useful?
Dumbfounded,
I looked at the phone
As if she had three heads
